Artist & Designer, Paul Cocksedge Studio

An internationally acclaimed British designer, Paul Cocksedge is known for his innovative work across design products, architecture, installations, and sculptures. His designs are marked by a sense of simplicity, joy, and wonder.

He established Paul Cocksedge Studio with Joana Pinho in 2004 and has worked on projects such as a 45-foot sculpture for Central Norman Public Library, the “Please Be Seated” installation for London Design Festival (which toured China in 2020), and exhibitions “Performance” and “Slump” at Friedman Benda and Carpenters Workshop Gallery. His recent works include “Time Loop” in Hong Kong, “Bourrasque” for Dior 30 Montaigne, “Loop” for The Rowe office in London, and “Coalescence” at Liverpool Cathedral. He is currently designing a 33-metre-long canopy for the Oman Botanic Garden with Arup and Grimshaw.

Cocksedge has collaborated with major brands such as British Land, Swire Properties, Swarovski, Fendi, NHS, and BMW, and his work is featured in collections at the V&A, MoMA, and Vitra Design Museum. His designs have earned accolades from Wallpaper*, the Design Museum, Homes & Gardens, and the German Design Council.
