Cancellations and Refunds

Kyoorius understands that circumstances may arise that require delegates/students to cancel their attendance at the conference. Please see the following cancellation and refunds policy to ensure transparency and fairness in such situations:

REFUND DISCRETION

  1. Kyoorius holds full discretion in determining whether to provide refunds in the event of a cancellation. Our decision will be based on the specific circumstances and reasons provided by the delegate/student.
  2. Standard Refund Policy:
    • For Designyatra 2024, refunds for delegate passes are decided as follows:
      • Until 31st August 2024: 100% refund
      • From 1st September - 15th September 2024: 50% refund
      • After 15th September 2024: No refund
      • In all cases, the Tax amount (GST) will not be refunded.
    • There will be no refunds on Hotel Bookings made through Kyoorius.
    • Refunds remain entirely dependant on Kyoorius’ sole discretion.
  3. All refund requests will be assessed based on the date of receipt of request by Kyoorius.
  4. All eligible refunds will be granted within 30 working days of receiving the relevant details.

CANCELLATION REQUESTS

  1. If a ticket holder finds themselves in a situation where they need to cancel their attendance, they must submit a cancellation request directly to our contact email (info@kyoorius.com). The request should include the ticket holder's name, contact details, ticket reference number, and an explanation for the cancellation.

REFUND PROCESSING

  1. In cases where Designyatra determines that a refund is appropriate, the refund will be processed in accordance with the original payment method used for purchasing the ticket or to the bank details as submitted by you. Please note that processing times for refunds may vary depending on the payment provider and the method of payment.
  2. In case you experience a delay in your refund, please contact us at info@kyoorius.com.

EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES

  1. Designyatra recognises that exceptional circumstances may arise, such as medical emergencies or unforeseen events. If a ticket holder believes they have a valid reason for seeking a refund due to exceptional circumstances, they must provide relevant supporting documentation along with their cancellation request.
  2. If in case there are exigent circumstances surrounding the cancellation, please provide appropriate proof.
  3. Please understand, Kyoorius will do their best to accommodate such requests but will not guarantee a refund.

NO SHOW POLICY

  1. In the event that a ticket holder does not attend the conference and has not requested a cancellation in advance, no refunds will be granted.
  2. In case of exigent circumstances, the rule remains same as above.

COMMUNICATION OF DECISIONS

  1. Designyatra will communicate its decision regarding refund approvals or denials via email to the address registered to the delegate pass.
  2. Any communications/requests from non-registered emails may be ignored or considered spam/scam.

CHANGE OF CONFERENCE DATES OR VENUE

  1. In the rare instance of a change in conference dates or venue, Designyatra will make every effort to accommodate existing delegates. If a delegate is unable to attend due to the changes, they may be eligible for a refund or alternative arrangement at Designyatra's discretion.

MODIFICATION OF POLICY

  1. Designyatra reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this cancellation and refunds policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our official website
  2. By purchasing a delegate/student pass to the Designyatra conference, attendees acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this cancellation and refunds policy.
