Karan Singh is a multidisciplinary Australian artist and illustrator originally from Sydney now living and working in Amsterdam. He attended the University of Sydney and Malmö University in Sweden, where he studied Interaction Design which influenced his interest in combining new media with visual art. His distinct work is a contemporary and playful mixture of op-art and mid-century graphic design. Through restricted yet vibrant colour palettes and hypnotising pattern, he explores and exploits our perception of depth and movement.
