Hajime has been in charge of solution-agnostic communication planning for more than 15 years, not only in advertising but also in product development and business development. Recently, as a member of the Business Transformation Creative Center, he has been promoting the use of creativity for business transformation and business growth. He specializes in extending creativity and design into business and management domains.
SPORTS TECH TOKYO, in which he was involved as a marketing planner, was awarded the Japan Open Innovation Prize by the Japanese government in 2022. This award is given to projects that combine knowledge, technology, and management resources across organizational boundaries to promote new initiatives.
Panasonic’s “Life is electric.”, which he worked on as a planner in 2016, won Grand Prix and Silver at Cannes Lions, and Gold at LIA.
