Rodney leads a team of designers creating media Apps for the new Windows 8 OS. He was previously responsible for design strategy and creative direction for Bing and Windows Live.
Before Microsoft, Rodney co-founded the award-winning London-based design consultancy, Edwards Churcher. There he was privileged to work with a number of leading brands including, Thomson Reuters, BT, FIFA, Conde-Naste, Nike, The Economist, The Design Museum and The Science Museum.
Rodney is often invited to teach, and has served as a visiting lecturer at Ravensbourne College and Westminster University. His work has appeared in Fast Company, Eye Magazine and Rolling Stone amongst others.
Rodney is British and has spent the last 8 years living in both Seattle and New York.
