
Johnny has held several high-level and diverse positions in both the UK and US ranging from Creative Director to Chief Operating Officer.
Prior to Anomaly Johnny spent two years as COO helping to reshape TBWA’s head office in New York before co-founding the Disruption Group at the company, a unit designed to deliver fully integrated business and communications solutions. He added to his experience at Fahrenheit 212 working on product innovation for P&G, General Mills and Starbucks.As one of the founding architects of Anomaly, Johnny is responsible for keeping the company current and future facing while driving innovation. His work encompasses digital and non-digital business and communications ideas that have led to numerous awards for creativity and effectiveness.
