\ Ben Terrett | Ben Terrett is a designer and a partner in Really Interesting Group, a multi disciplinary organisation working in post digital design. He has an experience is creating great ideas, managing people, running a creative business and working with board level clients. Since it's inception in 2009 RIG has worked on projects for Umbro, the BBC, Penguin and others. Ben has also worked for 3 Mobile, Adidas, Nokia, Reebok, Saatchi & Saatchi, Six to Start, Southbank Centre, This Water and Wieden+Kennedy. Prior to RIG he co–founded The Design Conspiracy and helped grow the turnover to be in the top 5% of UK design consultancies. Ben sold his stake in The Design Conspiracy in June 2008. He enjoys speaking and has spoken at Campaign’s Applied Green conference, the Imperial College Business School, Central Saint Martins, Thinking Digital, This Happened, the Glasgow School of Art, in the USA and in Romania among others. He has been interviewed on Radio 4’s Today programme, He has been a D&AD black pencil judge, He has written feature articles for The Guardian, Creative Review and Design Week and he knows all the lyrics to DJ Jazzy Jeff’s Summertime off by heart. Ben Terrett is also a director of Newspaper Club a web service funded by 4iP that helps people make their own newspapers, and a Board Advisor to id8, an Application Definition & Design company based in San Francisco. | ||
